About the Role
Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Jay Jays team! Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
Providing a key link between the Brand and department and supply chain
Liaising daily with other team members and suppliers
Managing the delivery schedule and associated administration
Liaising with the Product Manager and Product Coordinator to manage samples
Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
Daily reporting and sales analysis to support the team
Skills & Experience
Experience in a Supply Chain based role, as a Supply Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is advantageous however not essential
Confident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculations
Confident working with Microsoft products, including excel
Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
