About the Role
We are currently seeking a Product Coordinator to join the Jacqui E team within the Womens Tops category. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and demonstrate your passion for product.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Product Manager in the sampling approval process including fittings and approvals
Liaising daily with our offshore and local suppliers and factories
Briefing new ranges to suppliers for development
Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers
Trend research into colour and new trend direction for the Jacqui E customer
Managing and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelines
Supporting the product team with administrative needs
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role is preferable
Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace environment
Have great attention to detail and works well under pressure
High level of productivity and efficiency
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
